Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team, specializing in B2B sales of agrochemical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the agrochemical industry. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

- Identify and target new business opportunities within the agrochemical sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the agrochemical market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Sales Targets:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the agrochemical industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
