• Fenton Chemicals has developed a special Amino Silicone Oil Emulsifier (FX AMS 80) which gives much better stable emulsion at very low dosage as compared to the conventional emulsifiers .
• It is very easy to make Amino Silicone Emulsion using our Emulsifier FX AMS 80. The stability of our emulsifier AMS 80 is very good and it does not separates out with temperature .

• Take 25 kg Amino Silicone Fluid.
• Now add 12 kg of our emulsifier FX AMS 80 to the above fluid and mix well with a stirrer till all the emulsifier is mixed in the fluid and a thick paste is formed.
• Now slowly add water step by step at 2-5 litres per minute upto 100 litres .
• If the solution is little hazy , add a very little amount of acetic acid till the solution becomes clear .
• The Emulsion formed will have good thickeness and will be clear and transparent in appearance.
• This process of making amino silicon fluid emulsion is much easier and cheaper than the conventional ways.

• Acetic acid should only be added to make the solution clear .
• The above process should be followed very strictly.
• Take soft water for longer stability of the product.

FX EPGR is a non-ionic emulsifier for animal feed. The product has a strong emulsification capacity and is especially suitable for oil based feed formulations .

• Polysorbate 80 is derived from polyethoxylated sorbitan and oleic acid. The hydrophilic groups in this compound are polyethers also known as polyoxyethylene groups, which are polymers of ethylene oxide.
• Polysorbate 80 is used as an emulsifier in combination with a variety of other hydrophobic emulsifiers to cover a wide range of oil in water, and water in oil emulsion systems. Individually, it is an excellent solubilizer of essential oils, wetting agent, viscosity modifier, stabilizer and dispersing agent.
