To reduce production cost of primers & enamel, water is incorporated to the system. It is not difficult to corporate water to the system, but, it is quiet difficult to maintain properties of your finished product like viscosity, Gloss, Drying time, stability of Enamel. With the use of Emulsifiers, water is incorporated to the finished product i.e. enamel or primers but it has following adverse effects:

Product Details:

• Aqua Smart is a blend of additives containing polar and non-polar functional group
• In addition to emulsifier and alcohol it also has protective colloid
• Apart from reducing the surface tension these colloids encompass the dispersed phase thus preventing coalescence and aggregation due to repulsive forces, this imparts stability to the system
• Aqua Smart is compatible with larger spectrum of alkyd
• Water-alkyds bond formed is strong enough to last long

Recommended Dosage: For 100 kg batch of enamel or primer(finished/final product):

• 50 gm Aqua Smart is required for 10 ltr water addition
• 100 gm Aqua Smart is required for 20 ltr water addition
• 150 gm Aqua Smart is required for 30 ltr water addition

While dispersing dry pigment, we expect full value from expensive organic and inorganic pigment and optimum output from the equipments. It acts as a grinding vehicle for highly concentrated dispersions, it wets and deflocculates pigments without causing much foaming which adversely affects the film properties.

• The objective of designing FM 420 is to attack the hydrophobic nature of the foliage from various angles while imparting other benefits to the farmer

• Lowers the surface tension of the spray solution so that the spray solution is retained on the leaves and does not fall off in the form of droplets
• Spreads the spray solution on the total surface area of the leaves thus reducing the volume of spray solution required
• Ensures complete wetting of the leaves thus increasing the efficacy of the toxicant
• Helps in making fine even dispersion of the toxicant in spray solution and prevents sedimentation
• Where the toxicant is used through soil application, it ensures quick absorption and deeper penetration of the solution in the soil

• Foliar application 0.05-0.1% of spray solution (0.5-1.0gm/litre)
• Soil application 0.1%-0.2% of solution (1-2gm/litre)

• Once the spray solution is prepared simply add DIKO WET to the solution and mix well till homogenized

• DIKO WET acts as a spreader, sticker, wetting, dispersing and penetrating agent for foliar as well as soil applications
• It is compatible to most of the toxicants, micronutrients, plant growth promoters etc and does not interfere with their emulsion/solution stability
• It does not react chemically with most of the agrochemicals and so does not affect their chemical stability
• It is therefore highly recommended to add DIKO WET in required dosage while preparing agrochemical solutions/ emulsions whether for foliar or soil application to increase affectivity of the agrochemical by as much as up to 50%

• Take 100 ml water into 250 ml beaker
• Add small quantity of pigment (alpha Blue/Green), pigments floats on water surface even after stirring & water doesn't get coloured
• Now add 2-3 drops of the products slowly from side edge of beaker, do not stir
• Please observe breaking of pigment into micro particle without stirring & water gets colour of that pigment
• It is called chemical breaking of pigment. It proves that our products eliminates floating of pigment with better dispersing effect
• It reduce Grinding time & improve flow properties. It is ideal with later dispersion e.g. Pigment like phthalocyanine blue in combination with lemon chrome (Bus Green Shade)

• For water base emulsion: Add 0.3 to 0.5 % LVDISP (of total batch) at grinding stage and before addition of pigment
• For oil base enamel: Add 0.5 to 0.7 % LVDISP (of total batch) at grinding stage and before addition of pigment
• For universal Stainer media: Add 4 to 5% at grinding stage along with Universal Stainer media
